If you log in to your Wallet and see the blue “Lift limits” button on the top of the screen, it means that, as a representative of your organization, you have not yet completed the full customer due diligence (KYC) process. Click the “Lift limits” button to see what steps are still required before you can start the video identification process.

1. Complete your profile: In the “Business Profile” menu, fill in all the required information and upload the requested documents. You can find guidance on how to do this on this page.
2. Secure your account: Follow the instructions to add your phone as an authentication device for your Wallet.
3. Verify your identity: This button will become available once the first two steps have been completed. Click it to submit your request for video identification. Once your request has been approved, we will notify you via e-mail, and you will also be able to start the video identification process from here.

Please note: If you have a shop, Barion Smart Gateway will continue to operate without interruption even if you reach your limits. The value of your customers' purchases will still be credited to your Wallet.
