You can see your Shop’s fee package under the name of the Shop in the Shops menu.

If your Shop is in the IC++ fee package and you would like to see a detailed breakdown of the fee charged for a transaction, go to the Shops menu and click on the “Payment monitor” button in the row of the Shop. Here, all successful payments (marked in green) and unsuccessful payments (marked in red) are listed. If you click on a successful payment and scroll to the bottom of the page, under “Fees” you can see the exact fee breakdown (interchange fee, card scheme fee, acquiring fee).
