We review your Shop’s transaction data (average monthly turnover, card transaction ratio, and average basket value) every month, and based on the results of the review, your fee tier or fee package may be changed automatically.

For a new Shop, the first review of the fee tier takes place after two full calendar months following the Shop’s approval by Barion. At this point, we review the average monthly turnover based on the previous two full calendar months.

For a Shop that has been operating for at least three full calendar months, we review the average monthly turnover every month based on the previous three full calendar months.

If your average monthly turnover places you in a higher fee tier, the fees applicable to the higher fee tier will apply from the month following the review, and no later than the 15th day of that month. After this, your Shop remains in this fee tier even if its average monthly turnover subsequently decreases.
