Yes, you can. To send money, it is absolutely not necessary that the recipient has a Barion Wallet. You can see the steps of how to use the Send money function here.

The recipient will be notified in an email that you have sent them money. They will also get a registration link in the email to register in a minute and will be able to see the money you sent them in their new Wallet.

Important! The recipient can use the registration link in the email only for 7 days after you sent the money. If they do not register during this period, then the money will be automatically sent back to you.
