If you do not remember your answer for the security question, we recommend closing your Barion Wallet, as we store the answer in such a way that even our employees cannot access it. To do so, send an email to hello@barion.com from the email address registered to your Wallet requesting the closure. After closing your account, you can register a new Barion Wallet, even using the same email address.
