What happens if the bank transfer at account closure is unsuccessful?
A bank transfer most often fails because the specified bank account does not exist. This can happen even despite our system's automatic bank account format validation. If the bank transfer initiated at the time of the Wallet closure fails, Barion will place it in custody, deducting monthly fees at rates detailed in Prices and Conditions of Barion.
In case this happens, get in touch with our Customer support so we can assist you as soon as possible.
