Wise and Revolut do not always accept payments sent via Barion, and in such cases, they return the funds to us without any identifying information.

In such cases, the amount is returned to Barion, but since the transfer does not include the top-up code for your Barion Wallet – which Wise and Revolut cannot know – we cannot automatically credit it to your balance. In such cases, we place the amount in what is known as “custody,” meaning we hold the amount until we can identify it. You can find our fees related to custody on the Prices and conditions page.

So, if Wise or Revolut was unable to accept the amount you sent and returned it to Barion, please ask them for a transfer confirmation and send it to us via the Customer Service menu in your Barion Wallet. Based on this, we can credit the amount to your Barion Wallet balance. The confirmation is usually available for download on the platform of Wise or Revolut, under the original transaction.
